Free Training Day 2023 Pacific Northwest Commemorative T-Shirt
Free Training Day debuted in the Pacific Northwest last year, and we are so excited - from the Northeast to the Northwest, and even in the Mid-Atlantic region, FTD is spreading as martial artists unite and learn from each other at the best event of the year. The theme for this year's FTD logos is trees - symbolizing our growth and unity in the martial arts. Every tree is different, and grows at its own pace - but at each stage, their growth is beautiful and an inspiration to all who see them - just like martial artists.
