I’ve been busy behind the scenes these past few weeks, planning, organizing, and pulling together all the details for Free Training Day Mid-Atlantic 2025. And now that the big pieces are in place, I thought it was time to take a deep breath, pour myself a cup of tea, and share everything with you in one spot.

🥋 What is Free Training Day Mid-Atlantic?
A full day of martial arts seminars, taught by instructors from different styles and backgrounds, all under one roof. It’s free to attend, family-friendly, and packed with opportunities to train, connect, and grow together.

Time: Doors Open at 8:15am

This year, you have two options for snagging a shirt to remember the day:
1. Standard Event Tee – Visit the J+J Designs table at Free Training Day. They’ll be printing shirts on demand right there at the event.
