You know what's really great? Having the time in a day to fully tackle your hopes and dreams. That's how I'm feeling today as I bag up gear for our newest sponsored team! Unfortunately we haven't finished all the paperwork, so I can't divulge names as much as I REALLY want to.
Bags of sparring gear set to go out for our latest team to join Team whistlekick!
We're having super cold weather in Vermont right now which makes handling gear a bit tricky. As any of our friends from colder states know, sparring gear doesn't move very well in 0 degree weather. With an event this coming weekend I've had to pull a lot of things from the warehouse into my home to get them packed and ready. On the plus side, it doesn't take long for everything to warm up.
We added several dates to our appearance list today and I hope to meet some of you this season. I'm always blown away at the caliber of people martial artists are. While we aren't all perfect, I find that martial artists have less ego and more integrity than the general population. What a great community to be a part of. I truly feel blessed.
Lastly, Twin State, one of the circuits we participate in and support, recently released their list of champions. A big congratulations to everyone that participated - whether or not you took home hardware.
