This past Saturday saw us at the New England Classic in Peterborough, NH. It was our second year at this event, though this year marked a new venue - ConVal High School. We showed up a bit later than we'd wanted to - snow got in our way more than we'd expected. We're known for showing up early, in fact, so there were a few strange looks from everyone in attendance as all of the bags and boxes were lugged across the floor of the gymnasium.
One Minute Pushup Challenge Results
The pushup contest got started earlier than normal, with a few boys that were quite anxious to test their skills. The boys division always has the most participation, and it was Dylan, the second participant of the day, who handily ran away with victory in his group. He even came back towards the end of the day to try again, becoming one of the few to ever do better on their second try. He didn't need that score of 52, though, as his first score of 50 was more than adequate.

As per usual, everyone we met was wonderful. Sales were up a bit over the last few events, which is always a good sign. The trend over the last few events is that we sell a lot of mouthguards. I have no idea why we're selling them lately, but I'm very pleased we chose to bring them in. At $5, we're not making much money on mouth guards - it's just nice to help out those that forgot or lost theirs.

We've got some ideas for a new t shirt, but we're also out of the water bottles that everyone loved... decisions! We're trying not to bring in too many things at once, as it can be overwhelming for us and difficult to promote each item properly.
This was right after this girl finished her pushups. Clearly, she's tired, but I have no idea what my facial expression is supposed to convey here... :)
This was one of the further events that we didn't stay overnight for, which made for a very long day. Absolutely worth it, but I certainly slept hard Saturday night!
Here are a few photos from the event. There were two of us there Saturday, which made it much easier to get around and talk to people.
