Whistlekick, LLC is seeking a marketing intern for a flexible period of approximately 90 days. This is an unpaid position but may be used for school credit at the discretion of the academic institution. Unlike many internships that are simply a business seeking free labor, we're looking for someone with a basic understanding of marketing that is looking to grow their skills under knowledgeable and demonstrated expertise.
The position is 5-10 hours per week but the exact amount depends on the efficiency and goals of the individual. Requirements include a minimum of basic proficiency in the following - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
Additional proficiencies that would be appreciated include Microsoft Publisher, Facebook Advertising, graphics programs such as Photoshop or Paint.net & Wordpress. Additional skills appreciated but not necessary. We're expecting to teach you a lot about what we do and how we do it. Motivation is the most critical thing you could have.
This position can be done from everywhere but there would be benefit in the individual being located near our offices in Montpelier, VT. There is the opportunity for a paid position in the future.
