Chances are if you've been in martial arts for any length of time, you know that not all schools are the same. We don't need to talk about the classic Cobra Kai versus Miyagi-Do comparisons. Even if we aren't that extreme, each and every school has its own tone, emphasis, and culture.
Finding the right school to match what you need is tricky for some people and others find the end of the rainbow on their first try.
Some schools make it hard to be accepted and others make it easy.
We are looking for schools that make it easy for ANYONE and EVERYONE to get into martial arts. They make martial arts accessible. They make martial arts accepting. They make the school feel like a family that supports each other through it all, on and off the mat.
