Don’t miss this opportunity to test your skills, meet martial artists from diverse backgrounds, and celebrate the spirit of martial arts in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Registration covers all divisions.
Divisions:
- Forms (Empty Hand)
- Breaking
- Point Sparring (requires a mouthguard, closed-finger foam gloves, foam boots, and foam helmet. No boxing gloves, no Ringstar or similar boots. It can be any brand, but it looks like this. Male competitors must wear a groin cup.)
- Martial Arts Games where anyone can compete. Even the spectators!
