Why Should Martial Artists Come See Master Ken?

Martial artists understand Master Ken differently.

The jokes are funnier when you’ve actually been in a dojo. When you’ve heard the strange explanations. When you’ve met the overly serious instructor. When you’ve watched someone turn a simple technique into a 20-minute lecture. When you’ve seen the martial arts take themselves just a little too seriously.

That’s where Master Ken lives.

For years, Enter the Dojo has taken the culture, habits, clichés, and occasional absurdity of martial arts and pushed them just far enough to make all of us recognize ourselves.

On Friday, November 6, Master Ken performs live at Martial Summit in Keene, New Hampshire.

The show begins at 6:30 PM at MoCo Arts, and no Martial Summit training will take place during the performance.

This is one of the few paid portions of Martial Summit, and it serves two purposes: it gives us a chance to spend Friday night laughing together, and it helps cover the cost of keeping the training itself free.

General Admission is $35.

Only 25 VIP tickets are available, including reserved seating closest to the stage and an exclusive post-show photo-and-autograph opportunity.

If you’re already making the trip to Martial Summit—or you’re simply within driving distance of Keene—this is the kind of martial arts experience you don’t get at a seminar or tournament.
