Our free 30-Day Flexibility Challenge is modeled on our flexibility/mobility program - Flex. Unlike that program, however, this program is simpler: with a daily, 10-minute email sent to you each day for 30 days.
You'll benefit from a greater range of motion throughout your body, as well as the ability to use that motion. Unlike other programs (that cost way too much money...) this program will not only help you move better - but you'll be able to use it. Said another way, you won't just be able to do a deeper center split - you'll actually be able to kick higher.
