A busy day at whistlekick HQ

Today's going to be a short post, because I have to run to the airport to pick up a friend. No one ever tells you that starting a business doesn't mean the rest of your life stops... that in between the emails and contracts you still need to... live. Today's living involves picking up a friend at the airport.

Yesterday was, in short, crazy. Our busiest ever day in terms of number of shipments going out and the dollar value of those shipments. The volume exposed a few gaps in our process that we rushed to shore up. I'm pleased to say that we did, and the customers will never know about our internal problems, unless they read this!

It feels good to overcome a challenge, something I'm sure you can all relate to. Will our new process hold up as we grow? Only time will tell. But if it breaks down, we'll figure out another way to do it.

Smile, stay warm and keep training!
