Announcing the whistlekick Tournament Promoters Course

As most of you know, we're hosting our first ever martial arts tournament on April 2nd, 2016. Named the 2016 whistlekick Martial Arts Showdown, it's going to be a doozy! But as we started preparing last year, we realized that there wasn't a lot of good information out there for first-time event promoters. Sure, we sought help from veteran promoters in our area, but they were only able to tell us how they did things.

And as you know, we don't do things the way everyone else does them. We do things... differently. We strive for success and we never settle. Our event is shaping up to be just that sort of event.

We knew we had a good handle on our preparation when veteran promoters started coming to us for our advice - how were we handling sponsorships? What sort of vendors are you approaching? How did you select your online registration system.

That's why, for the last 6 months, we've been taking notes and building templates, because we knew that we didn't want anyone else to have to go through this themselves. And we're committing to releasing this information as an online course for all of you.

At this point, we don't have any of the fun marketing bits nailed down - you can't pre-order it, there's no name and we're not firm on a price. But we can tell you that it will help novice and veteran promoters put on their best martial arts event ever.

Our templates include letters to potential vendors and sponsors, advice on selecting a web designer, a fill-in template for your online and offline marketing and more. All tasks are broken up into easy chunks that you can accomplish even if you have a standard 9-5 job. Trust me, we've made this simple.

We'll be offering a guarantee that the course pays for itself the first year. Our event is April 2nd, and we'll be focused on this shortly after. Stay tuned to our newsletter and social media for more announcements, and thanks for your continued support.
