Whether your martial arts facility has 5 students or 500, keeping track of them all is an important part of your business. There are many ways you can do this from old school pen and paper to new, automated systems. Gym management software is one method that may make things easier for some facilities. Gym management software is a type of CRM - Customer Relationship Management software. It’s aimed at fitness facilities - including martial arts schools - and can include a lot of tools for helping to manage your student base, communicate with them, track their attendance, automate payments. and more.
In our last survey, we discovered that only 37% of respondents use some type of gym management software to help run their facility. Given the large number of different platforms out there, we wanted to get a better look at what options are available, why some school owners use them, what they like or don’t like about them, or what they may use instead.
To that end, we’ve put together a short survey that aims to answer these questions. The survey can be found here, and will be live until April 30th. The survey itself is short - just 11 questions total - and most respondents will only answer about 5 questions each.
An infographic of the results will be available to view for free on May 15th, along with an optional in depth analysis of those results. This analysis will benefit anyone thinking of switching to gym management software or switching from one brand to another.
