Over the last few weeks we've been fielding a growing number of wholesale inquiries. During that time we've spoken with new, prospective and recurring wholesale customers about what they want from us. We kept coming back to the same answer - everyone wanted things to be easy.
We realized that while our existing wholesale order process had some major advantages, it wasn't as easy as it could be. We're now neck-deep in building a brand new wholesale-only website. It won't be fancy, but it will be simple.
We're also rolling out some new ideas that we hope you like - things that won't appeal to everyone but may help some of our wholesale customers. We're going to keep some of them secret for now, but a good example is marketing materials that you can easily co-brand with your own information. These are common items in other industries but not something we've brought to our customers before.
And this all goes back to our philosophy of helping you however we can. While the site isn't ready for inspection yet, we can promise that you'll hear about it as soon as it's done.
