A mentor once shared with me his thoughts on entrepreneurship:
"When you own your own business, you only have to work half of the day! And you even get to pick which 12 hours!"
This has been ringing in my ears over the last few days as I buckle down with whistlekick. What's fun is now that I'm focusing on it, so is everyone else. We're looking at more team sponsorships. I've started businesses in the past and either sold them or handed them off. With each step, my definition of success has changed. Grown might be a better way to put it. Call me a perfectionist, but I'm always looking to make things better.
I have lofty goals for whistlekick for 2015, and I have no doubt that they'll happen. How? Through a simple recipe of understanding my goals and their intermediate steps coupled with focus and determination. That's it.
