Leadership Team

For the fifth time ever, we're hosting an incredible, weekend-long event...

"Simply put, thank you for another amazing year of All-In Weekend" ~Attendee.

Friday, Noon April 24th, 2025 through Noon Sunday, April 26th, 2025.

Pricing - Leadership adds $99 regardless of registration date

  1. AIW25 attendee exclusive pricing: April 27, 2025 - May 11, 2025 = $299
  2. Early registration: May 12, 2025 - December 31, 2025 = $329
  3. Standard Registration: January 1, 2026 and forward = $379

This martial arts event, which will be held at the beautiful Bethany Birches facility in Plymouth, Vermont, USA, will be half training experience and half retreat.

The event cost includes training, lodging, food, and an event shirt. Simply show up, and we'll take care of the rest.

(and sometimes it even includes other bonuses, just because we can :)

And if you haven't already noticed the price... take a look. It's an incredible value.

(Similar events charge MUCH more than this. Seriously, look, I'll wait...)

On the other side of this weekend, you'll feel invigorated about your martial arts training, both physically and mentally. You'll meet other like-minded martial artists and build or deepen friendships.

  • Limited to only 35 attendees
  • Hosted at the stunning Bethany Birches event facility
  • Attendees get the first crack at the 2027 event (i.e., if you attend in 2026, nobody can take your slot next year unless you don't want it)
  • Free custom event shirt
  • Healthy, tasty, quality chef-prepared meals on-site, 3x a day
  • 20+ hours of sessions and instruction presented by both whistlekick staff and/or special guests

This event is designed specifically for people who have seen whistlekick's events and know that everything we put our logo on is top-notch.

We will not share detailed session plans or menus before the event. Either you know what we do and trust us to crush an event like this... or you don't.

Keep in mind that most people who attended last year will attend again this year.

We have limited bedding available, so we ask that attendees who are coming by car bring their own pillows, sheets, and blankets.

Lodging is dormitory-style and not private. If you have specific concerns, please message us before making a purchase.

Additional information based on questions we've received:

  • The suggested age is 16+. We don't put hard limits on ages - some 13-year-olds might be appropriate, but this is an event aimed at adults and will include adult-level discussions on self-defense and related topics. If you're unsure, reach out ahead of time.
  • There will be no intense or even moderate partner work - in other words, all but zero risk of injury from working with partners.
  • No protective equipment is required.
  • Due to the nature of the event, we cannot accommodate refunds. However, we will work with you to find someone to transfer your attendance to if you cannot attend.
  • No alcohol, smoking, vaping, tobacco, cannabis, or other drugs. Aside from necessary prescriptions, of course.

Additional Option - AIW: Leadership

Past attendees of All-In Weekend who also hold MATTaC Level 1 certification (or higher) can attend an extra day of AIW. We'll apply the same immersive format to a smaller group, with only five slots available. This group will arrive on Thursday at Noon, 24 hours ahead of everyone else.

These 5 have the unique opportunity to present material at All-In Weekend as a team, under the guidance of Andrew and Jeremy. This includes creating and curating content that fits the weekend while showcasing their strengths and improving their presentation and instructor skills.

As we improved AIW, it became clear that we needed additional effort and energy. The AIW: Leadership opportunity does just that, improving the event for everyone involved and providing valuable educator experience to those on the Leadership team.

The Leadership team will also participate in most of the training, just like the others.

This will not diminish the powerful experience we've built over the last few years. This is an evolution that satisfies one of Jeremy's core business philosophies: everyone wins.

You can attend one of the upcoming events if you don't currently hold a MATTaC Level 1 instructor certification.
