The whistlekick 30-day challenge is a FREE & Complete standalone training program you can start at any time. It's designed to be done on its own, without other strength or conditioning programs.

I really enjoyed it and looked forward to completing these workouts each morning. There was enough variety in the workouts which challenged me both physically and mentally. I was also able to adapt them when I needed to.

This isn't some program that beats you into the ground, leaving you feeling worse than when you started. Rather, it combines martial arts and fitness to get you the exact workout you need on that day. It helps you build momentum to gain more out of your time - with your health, fitness, training, and the rest of your life.

  • For 30 days you'll receive an email with a workout that will take 10 minutes or less.
  • Anyone, and that includes you, can find 10 minutes a day for 30 days. And we have faith you're going to crush this.
  • This program is rooted in the same scientifically-driven research behind all of our programs. There's plenty of good work in here for anyone - of any fitness level. In fact, the beauty of this program is that it meets you wherever you're at.
  • It requires no equipment and can be done in a small indoor space.
  • Like all of our programs, this one will accommodate most active martial artists, regardless of age, rank, style, etc.

Even though we've included simple movements that should make sense to everyone, we provide videos for you to reference.
