Also considered in Greece is wrestling. As an important part of a soldier's training. In the history of martial arts in Greece, they strongly emphasize the importance of physical fitness and military training. That is why they trained in various forms of wrestling, boxing, fencing, and other forms of combat.

In today’s age, wrestling and boxing it undoubtedly still very popular. And is still being practiced. From all over the world. It is all thanks to the greeks because they really valued and emphasized the importance of physical training in martial arts like wrestling and boxing. History of Martial Arts in India

India is a country that is very rich in culture and tradition. And it can be seen from their early forms of martial arts. One of the oldest forms of martial arts in India is Kalaripayattu. The early history of martial arts in China started during Han Dynasty between 206 BCE – 220 CE. Martial arts were practiced. And developed during those times. For the purpose of hunting, warfare, and self-defense. One of the most popular forms of martial arts in china and also the oldest is Wushu. It’s a form of martial arts that has a variety of styles and techniques that uses weapons. As well as bare-handed forms.

Most of the martial arts in China evolved with a strong spiritual and philosophical component. And became an inspiration to people. For artists and practitioners around the world. This is mainly because of their strong spiritual and intellectual component.
